McDonald's in Brunnthal

The photos show an ice cream received before I started to eat. It used to be a good place for a quick snack but now its decaying. I changed my review after receiving less than 50% of the McSunday normal size, while the price increased 30%. The young woman in charge said it was the correct size because they increased the size of the cup. No, the portion was less than half by the new cup or the old cup standards. There is no excuse for bad service.

Quality as usual from McDonalds. Corona hygiene measures exemplary. Drive through and take away are currently available.

Had to wait 15 minutes for breakfast at 8am. Result - the toasts were crushed. Hash brownes raw. Hoped the McDonald's app would save me time. However, it only sends the order to the branch ... False hope.

The last 10-15 orders have been a disaster. There is always something missing. Today was e.g. with a Double Fish TS only 1x fish on it and the cheese stuck half to the burger and half to the packaging. The chocolate cake tastes like it was two days old today. Thanks for nothing !!!! You have to constantly control everything and that sucks.

In the kitchen they don't cover the nose with the mask, very unhealthy staff. Very often you miss part of the menu. Terribly unprofessional. Never seen in any other country. Zero stars.

Ice cream in half. Look at what ice cream looks like on them and what it looks like on two other McDonald's in Germany.

There was too much going on inside and outside. They forgot to put things in with several people. I also had 2 large fries and really didn't feel like doing anything again. Real madness

With the last 6 orders something was always missing. Sometimes a Homestyle Chrispy Chicken, sometimes a Royal TS, sometimes a Double Chili Cheese, .... I'm fed up. Apparently the employees are overwhelmed.

Catastrophe. I wanted a simple BigMac, I got a half one (almost a SmallMac). After another 10 minutes there was a replacement. This time the cheese was missing.

Good food, quick preparation and the food kept warm for a long time. There was also a lot of choice of cola glasses. Super👍 !!!

I got 2 glasses as compensation because the ordering system failed 👍 Overall great store.

It was very full around lunchtime, but the operators are dealing with the corona situation. It's very neat and tidy. An employee takes care of the number of visitors and the disinfection of the handles, the food is typical of Mehdonals, but it was neither cold nor dry so definitely fresh, nothing was missing and the staff were nice.

Order 8 double chickenburgers - get 8 double chickenburgers. Noticed at home - always the same. It's so boring.

We wanted to buy an ice cream at 3pm. Ice machine is cleaned and lasts until 9:00 p.m. What can I say ? Very bad German of the employees and lies in your face.

Positively surprised about the implementation of the hygiene rules. The employees were all very friendly and courteous and could also help with one or the other special request. All in all, a top MC Donalds branch.

At this branch, the decline of McDonalds over the past few years can be clearly seen - shabby and filthy. No clean table, you have to be careful which chair you sit on because everything is contaminated with grease and leftover food. Cleanliness and hygiene at the tables seem to be unknown.

Very well organized MC Donalds in the Corona time. Food delicious, helpful staff. Restaurant very clean. The toilets too. We recommend.

Naughty. There was a sign on the door saying you should wait until the door is opened. No problem, you have to adhere to corona measures. Only 2 tables were occupied with a total of 4 people and all the others (every second table was locked) were free. There was no customer at the counter. Why weren't we opened after waiting 10 minutes ?! The employees looked more often, but showed no reaction. Then drove again.

I was only there for the kids but it was clean and tidy a d the staff were good.

Nuggets taste like soya... McRib has no more ribs... they are changing the recipies and think we will not notice!?

I liked it. The waiters were nice the atmosphere was modern and slick. They have 4 or 5 (I don't quite remember) Order boards. The toilet there isn't quite the cleanest and you have to pay 50 cents for entry but you get the money as a bill that you can exchange back to the 50c. The Monitors that showed what number was done were shut off or broken (?).

Friendly service. Mcdonald food, can't go wrong
